Thank you for shopping with TinyBabyPaws. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered within the United States.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment and before shipment.

Shipping times shown at checkout do not include processing time.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to international destinations.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, location, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.


Split Shipments

Because some products may be shipped from different fulfilment centres, your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, TinyBabyPaws cannot guarantee address changes or order replacements.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

TinyBabyPaws is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will also do our best to assist you in resolving the situation.

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High seasonal demand

  • Logistics disruptions
