Return & Refund Policy

At TinyBabyPaws, we want you and your pets to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Include your order number and the reason for your return request.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Be free of pet hair, damage, or signs of use

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used by pets cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used pet products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the case and may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund if applicable.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


8. Order Issues

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
